How do I order?

The first thing you will need to do is to check we deliver to your postcode. We deliver to most B, DY and WV postcodes. At the moment we aren’t delivering outside of these post codes. However, if you have any special requests you can message us from the website for us to discuss.

  • Click the product you want
  • Customise it however you want
  • Select the delivery day you want
  • Complete the payment process
  • Receive an email confirmation of your order
  • We aim to deliver your pizza kit between 3pm-6pm

Where do you deliver to?

All B and DY postcodes. We also deliver to theses postcodes on Friday's and Saturday's:  WV1,WV2,WV3,WV4,WV5,WV6,

WV7,WV8,WV9,WV10,WV11,WV12,WV13,

WV14,WV15,WV16,WS1.WS2.WS3,WS4,

What days do you deliver?

Deliveries take place on Thursdays to Saturdays. You will receive a text message once your order has been packed and is en route to you.

 How will my Pizza Kit be delivered?

Our food handlers will adhere to the highest food hygiene standards with additional hand washing. Our drivers will be wearing gloves, masks and will have hand sanitiser with them. They will leave your kit at your doorstep, ring the bell and step away. If no one is home on the day of delivery, we will try to deliver to a neighbour.

 What if I have allergies or a special request?

All allergies are listed on the product page for each kit. We offer gluten free pizza bases and lactose free cheese. We ask all allergy sufferers to only order food that is suitable for your safe consumption. If you have any questions, please send us a message.

 How do I cook the pizzas?

All pizza kits come with written instructions on how to cook your pizzas. All the instructions have a QR code which you can scan with your smart phone. This will take you to a YouTube video showing how to cook them. You can also find the videos on our Instagram page under IGTV.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order you must contact barebonesdelivery@gmail.com at least 24hrs before your delivery day. If you fail to contact us within this time frame, we are afraid you will still be charged.

 How is my food packaged?

All our packaging and paperware are fully biodegradable. We will take great care in assembling your pizza kit on the day of delivery. We have held a 5-star Food Hygiene award from Dudley Council for seven years.

How long can I keep my pizza kit?

Place all food items into your fridge as soon as possible. The food in your kit has a maximum three-day shelf life.
